The Hint palette is handy for those of you who are new to Acrylic.

You can view the Hint palette by choosing Window > Hint. With the Hint palette open, mouse over the tools in the ToolBox, or the various parts of the PaintStyle palette, and the Hint palette updates to give you a description of the tool or palette feature.
