Get out your digital camera; this is going to be fun! Take a series of photos in succession, bring them into Acrylic using the File > Insert Image menu item and then select all the images. You must be on a vector layer to insert the images.

From the menu bar, choose Image > Stitch Selected Image, accept the default Automatically Determined setting, and in seconds you have a stitched image:
